In this episode of the Two Tribes podcast, Pete and Angad chat with Co-Founder of CoderFactory Dan Siepen. Dan and his Co-Founder Peter Argent set up CoderFactory to address the growing demand for skills in coding software from university students and corporate employees wanting to be trained in the latest coding languages like ‘Ruby on Rails’.
Dan, 23, talks about how he met Peter, the origin of CoderFactory and whether everyone should learn how to code. He also shares his views on the growing start up scene in Australia (particularly Melbourne) and his views on growth hacking as an industry. Dan is shortly heading to Melbourne to set up a new chapter of CoderFactory with Redhill Education.
This is a really interesting discussion with our youngest guest so far – a fantastic story!
